Job Description
The Web Technologies Analyst (or Senior Analyst) position is part of a diverse team which is responsible for delivering simple to advanced solutions that enhance the current business processes in web technology content management systems (CMS), primarily Microsoft SharePoint.
This position will be involved in defining, designing, developing, testing, analyzing and maintaining web solutions for internal and external use in support of the achievement of business requirements.
This includes designing, writing code, testing and analyzing software programs and applications.
It also includes creating and designing workflow based solutions and form design using InfoPath and/or other workflow technologies while maximizing the use of built-in capabilities.
This position may work with agile development practices
Specific Duties:
Develop and support web portals and solutions using SharePoint (2007, 2010 and 2013), SharePoint Designer, and other web design tools.
Design, create and/or support SharePoint functions including enterprise search, workflows, forms, site collections, content types, lists and libraries.
Apply knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and other languages to create or configure the best solution across all web environments including SharePoint and other CMS solutions.
Customize site themes, master pages, branding, site templates and other various user interface designs across multiple web environments.
Architect, design, implement and troubleshoot solutions with a focus on planning, deploying and supporting all web implementations.
Provide strong business knowledge and expertise in delivering solutions in multiple web environments.
Provide daily customer and production support work including break/fix, enhancements, maintenance and training.
Provide knowledge transfer, information sharing, training and support to other members of the web teams.

Qualifications:
General Requirements -
Demonstrated success delivering web technology solutions for customers
Development knowledge of JavaScript APIs, HTML5, CSS3
Knowledge of various UI web customizations using JQuery and JavaScript
Knowledge of Team Foundation Server (TFS) preferred
Working knowledge of SharePoint Server 2013 and Visual Studio 2010-2013 preferred
Experience creating SharePoint 2013 applications and using SharePoint 2013 application model preferred
Experience with graphic design for digital interfaces preferred
Experience creating and deploying powershell scripts preferred
Experience with responsive design preferred
Experience developing in WCMS tools using MVC/Razor preferred
Understanding of User Experience (UX) concepts and design principles preferred
Microsoft certifications preferred
Umbraco certifications preferred
Ability to work both independently and in a team to provide input and output in a timely fashion
Ability to adapt to change with a positive attitude and passion for learning new technologies quickly
Strong analytical skills to understand business process and recommend solutions
Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
Customer service orientated
Additional work hours as occasionally required, including weekends
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with direction, input and help from other team members and/or IT manager as needed
Ability to travel up to 5% domestically
Requires a valid drivers license and favorable motor vehicle report
Analyst Level:
A high school diploma/equivalent plus 4 years of IT work experience
An Associates degree in the field of Computer Science, Web Development, Information Systems, or a related field plus 3 years of IT work experience,
A Bachelors degree in the field of Computer Science, Web Development, Information Systems, or a related field plus 1 year of IT work experience
At least 3 years of experience with SharePoint Server 2007 or higher, SharePoint Designer or similar enterprise content management solution
1 year of experience designing and developing custom workflows
1 year of experience creating web forms
Senior Level:
Qualified candidates must meet one of the following:
A high school diploma/equivalent plus 6 years of IT work experience
An Associates degree in the field of Computer Science, Web Development, Information Systems, or a related field plus 5 years of IT work experience,
A Bachelors degree in the field of Computer Science, Web Development, Information Systems, or a related field plus 3 year of IT work experience
5 years of experience with SharePoint Server 2007 or higher, SharePoint Designer or similar enterprise content management solution
3 years of experience designing and developing custom workflows
3 years of experience creating web forms
