Day-to-Day Role:
o Research and analyze legal issues in the areas of employment law, contract law, environmental law, general litigation, and intellectual property o Write legal memoranda, case summaries, and policy documents as issues arise in the various legal areas within the office o Prepare, negotiate and review various legal instructions and documents, such as contracts, leases, licenses, purchases, sales, real estate, etc. o Advise internal clients on aspects of employment, contract and environmental law o Assist with litigation discovery o Investigate and respond to charges of employment discrimination o Participate in day-to-day efforts of the legal team Core Skills and
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:
o 2-5 years of experience in corporate, employment, or commercial contract legal work o Graduation from ABA-accredited law school with strong academic performance o Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously o Must be goal-oriented and exhibit a high level of professionalism o Detail-oriented, creative, articulate, personable with excellent organization and research skills o Must be dependable and reliable in meeting target deliverables according to schedule and expectations
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Legal & RegulatoryEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
