hours per week) Your responsibilities will be:
Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, incontinence care, and adequate nutritional intake Respond to resident call lights and assisting them with their needs Observe and document changes in residents mental and physical health so everyone is familiar with their health status Follow the assignment sheet/service plan performing tasks that are assigned so nothing is overlooked Professionally and respectfully communicate with families, support services, and coworkers Provide team members with assistance in completing their duties.
This role is required to comply with all safety and health standards, including infection control procedures Requirements:
A positive attitude and ability to arrive on time for every shift Applicant should be able to pass a criminal background check High school diploma or GED equivalent required At least 18 years old Reliable transportation is required Should be able to lift 50 pounds This position must report to work every other weekend We have a referral bonus of $1,000 available! Once you are an employee of ours, you and the employee you refer will be eligible to earn $1,000.
A new hire referred by you is required.
