This individual will report to HR Manager, this is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity, the hiring manager is looking to start the interview process ASAP! This is a perminant, direct-hire opportunity.
POSITION OVERVIEW Benefit and Compensation specialist will work closely with site HR Director on Annual benefits, plant overview, and selection.
Candidate will work with leading compensation surveys to ensure our internal equity aligns with market competitivness.
Candidate will be responsible for leading market analysis of Benefits & Compensation package.
Manage payroll processing for domestic locations, ensuring highest levels of accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Work with other departments (Human Resources, Accounting etc.
) to ensure payroll entries are accurate and on time.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree considered a plus, but will consider candidates with aplicable experience.
Candidate should have experience working with Microsoft Excel.

years of Payroll and Benefits experience within high-volume manufacturing environments.
High proficiency with HRIS systems.
