- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using the ER system - Verify insurance information and assist with billing inquiries - Maintain patient records and update necessary information - Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure smooth patient flow - Manage patient check-in and check-out process - Provide excellent customer service and address patient concerns or questions Skills:
