Customer Service Specialist

Job Description
Summary:
Provide customer service ranging from entering orders, reviewing pricing and resolving customer related issues.
Duties:
1.
Provide high quality customer service by taking, expediting, and following up on customer orders.
2.
Maintain customer contact information, shipping requirements and pricing information.
3.
Review and price customer orders for an assigned geographic region.
Contact customers when there is a price difference between their order and our invoice.
4.
Serve as back-up to other Customer Service Specialists to ensure the highest level of customer service possible.
5.
Review pricing-related customer deductions for the Credit Department.
6.
Process special print requests for the Graphics Department.
7.
Review price expiration reports to implement new customer specific prices.
8.
Interact with employees in Production, Traffic, Graphics, and other departments.
9.
Price and process Field Service Reports.
10.
Maintain National Account Worksheet Database.
Requirements REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
High school diploma or equivalentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem solving skillsStrong attention to detailSix (6) months experience in the customer service fieldThe ability to work independently, multi-task, and make sound decisions without immediate supervisionProven ability to enter data accuratelyDESIRABLE/PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
