SAP PI/PO Developer

Dart Container has the ability to hire at the Associate or Mid-Levels
Design, develop, coordinate and implement data integration solutions for software applications. Support and maintain existing SAP, EDI, PI, and Seeburger applications, systems and interfaces.
Day-to-Day Role:
Analyze business and functional requirements; develop solutions and programs
Translate end-user requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications
Support project solution analysis, design, and documentation, including business requirements, process definition, data mapping and data flow modeling
Create standards, procedures and documentation for interface solutions
Build new and modify existing Enterprise Service Repository (ESR) and Integration Directory (ID) objects using SAP PO 7.5
Perform system configuration, mapping, and management EDI-based transactions and processes
Implement Trading Partners with EDI documents in the EDI software, including set up and testing
Perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, business simulation and other various tests to ensure quality solutions
Support, monitor, and troubleshoot production systems; optimize performance and resolve production problems
Create technical designs that adhere to standards and guidelines; document in the form of a functional/technical specification
Develop technical objects that adhere to standards and guidelines; consider readability, optimal performance, maintainability, and automated error handling
Core Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal Associate Software Developer must possess all of the following:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or related field
Exposure with data integration software
Exposure with data mapping and/or data interface development
Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes to internal and external customers
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain composure and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-focused work environment characterized by rapid change, minimal lead times, and multiple competing priorities
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Abillity to travel up to 5% domestically
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license
Requires a favorable motor vehicle report upon hire
Additional work hours including weekends and holidays as required
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Exposure with Java Development, Java Maps and XML
Exposure developing and configuring SAP EDI solutions
Knowledge of process flows, data modelling, and creating swim lane diagrams
Strong knowledge of SAP PI/PO architecture or Seeburger, including monitoring and architecture knowledge
Knowledge of SAP ABAP/4 programming language and SAP ABAP proxies
Understanding of Cloud Platform Integration concepts
Mastery of Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio
IT experience working in product manufacturing companies
The ideal Software Developer must possess all of the following:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
Two (2) years of strong hands-on experience in SAP PO 7.5/7.4 or PI 7.31
Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes to internal and external customers
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain composure and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-focused work environment characterized by rapid change, minimal lead times, and multiple competing priorities
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to travel up to 5% domestically
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Two (2) years of experience with Java Development, Java Maps and XML
One (1) year of experience developing and configuring SAP EDI solutions
Understanding of EDI concepts and structures
Understanding of Cloud Platform Integration concepts and some exposure to integration with SuccessFactors and Ariba solutions
Understanding of Change and Release Management concepts and exposure to SAP ChaRM process
Knowledge of process flows, data modelling, and creating swim lane diagrams
Strong knowledge of SAP PI/PO architecture and Seeburger, including monitoring and architecture knowledge
Knowledge of configuring of Adapters like IDOC, RFC, FILE, SFTP, JDBC, SOAP and experience developing interfaces using these adapters
Knowledge of SAP ABAP/4 programming language and SAP ABAP proxies
Mastery of Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio
IT experience working in product manufacturing companies

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
