Pay: Starts at $12.36/hour + bonuses

Operate, setup, maintain and perform minor equipment repair within the premier manufacturing cell to specifications at acceptable productivity and quality levels.
Set-up, operate, and maintain all Premier Cell equipment and marking tools
When necessary, able to make minor adjustments and repairs to premier cell equipment
Reports necessary machine repair problems to Supervisor, Team Leader and/or Maintenance personnel
Performs basic preventative maintenance to the machine as outlined within the scope of the standard work
Recognizes tooling problems/issues. Reports them to Engineering/Quality. Uses the correct tooling on job to insure quality product
Able to load and unload premier cell components to support the operation of the equipment.
Must also have the ability to operate a fork truck if necessary
Must be capable of following a level load schedule to meet customer demand and on-time delivery requirements
Ability to pack product along with making proper shipping boxes and containers
Ability to identify, analyze, and evaluate machine and/or material problems
Required to use computer programs to assist in making box labels, prioritizing orders, printing ship-sets, etc.
Required to participate in Parker's "Lean" initiatives; Responsible for the quality of their work
Communicate any machine-related problems to supervisor
Follow all department policies and procedures, safety rules, report all accidents and unsafe conditions and wear all Personal Protective Equipment
Responsible for the housekeeping of his/her work area maintaining these areas to the highest degree possible
Must follow all facility, department and/or cell quality practices and checks including first piece approvals and in-process inspections
Able to train others in safety requirements, quality requirements, preventative maintenance requirements, and production practices and procedures.
Responds and performs all tasks as assigned by the supervisor and other leadership team members
Supports Parker's Code of Ethics; Attendance and punctuality is required
Occasional travel required for training
Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent required
Prefer 2-3 years experience in a manufacturing environment
Basic computer skills, reading and writing knowledge
Must be able to read blueprints and work schedules and a basic understanding of shop math
Able to use a variety of precision measuring instruments (i.e. micrometers, calipers, scales, etc.)
Experience in general metal forming machine setup is a plus
Experience in electrical maintenance a plus; Experience with ladder logic a plus

Stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend to the floor; Ability to lift 50 pounds
Exert 25 to 80 pounds of force occasionally, and/or exert 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently to move objects
Near visual acuity required for reading machine gages, prints and precision measuring instruments.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
