HR Service Center Manager

Dart Container is seeking an experienced HR Service Center Manager to help us develop, implement and manage a new Employee Service Center based in our corporate office in Mason, Michigan. This transformational initiative will deliver high quality services to our employees while maximizing the ability of HR to contribute strategically within our organization. This position is part of the HR Shared Services Team.

Core Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal HR Service Center Manager candidate must possess all of the following:
Bachelor?s Degree
Five (5) years of experience working in a customer service center or in a customer service position with a focus on updating online files, responding to and/or resolving customer inquiries in person or via electronic mail, phone or paper
Three (3) years of experience managing a primarily inbound contact/call center including the supervision of personnel
Prior human resources experience resulting in a broad exposure to the different areas of Human Resources including but not limited to policy interpretation, HRIS, recruiting, benefits, and payroll
Strong customer service skills
Ability to maintain composure and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-focused work environment characterized by rapid change, minimal lead times, and multiple competing priorities
Experience evaluating and implementing tools and metrics to enhance effectiveness
Ability to streamline processes, integrate, and associate pieces of information gathered from multiple sources and apply to project
Contact Call/Center technology experience required including computer/telephony integration (CTI), interaction tracking software, call monitoring/quality assurance software and knowledgebase applications
Demonstrated ability to motivate, develop and lead a team
Ability to think strategically and see how parts interact with the big picture
Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary in order to persuade and influence work teams, and to explain complex issues
Ability to travel up to 5% domestically
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver?s license
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business or Human Resources
Experience working in an HR customer service center
SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) / SuccessFactors experience
Project management experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
