Senior Web Systems Administrator

The Senior Web Systems Administrator is responsible for administration and maintenance work on Web, SaaS, and Salesforce related systems.

Day-to-Day Role:

  • Work with Dart Salesforce Developers to create Salesforce process automations including those with Process Builder, visual workflow and approval tools, formulas, validation and/or summary roll-up fields as appropriate
  • Work with project manager, administrators, and developers to coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new Salesforce dashboard development requests
  • Define and maintain integration(s) with existing Dart identity systems
  • Administer, monitor, and manage Salesforce and other web-related on premises and cloud systems
  • Lead projects from a technical perspective
  • Provide a source of expertise in incorporating and implementing Salesforce and other SaaS products
  • Evaluate, implement, and maintain changes to Web solutions including Salesforce and other SaaS products
  • Provide support in enhancing the Web Systems infrastructure and systems operation and performance
  • Act as final point of escalation for service ticket and problem resolution
  • Keep abreast of new technology developments and make recommendations regarding changes to current standards and solutions as appropriate
  • Work closely with other members of the Web Development Team to ensure the success of the teams' duties and responsibilities
  • Support infrastructure and administration needs of other CMS tools
  • Provide mentorship and training to associate and mid level Web Systems Administrators
  • Act as a final escalation point for technical issues on the Web Development Team

Core Skills and
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:

  • Requires one of the following:
    • Bachelor s degree with an emphasis in computer science, web development, information systems or related field of study and two (2) years of system administration experience, OR
    • Associate s degree in computer science, web development, information systems or related field of study and six (6) years of system administration experience, OR
    • High school diploma or equivalent and twelve (12) years of system administration experience
  • Six (6) years of experience in Salesforce administration
  • Salesforce Administrator experience on Lightning Platform
  • Demonstrated success implementing Salesforce best practices and functionality
  • Extensive experience using Salesforce with third party data tools (Salesforce Data Loader, Salesforce Power BI connector, Excel Connector, DemandTools)
  • Experience working with Visualforce, Apex classes, triggers, standard/custom/external objects
  • Ability to assess the impact of new releases of Salesforce on all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
  • Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes to internal and external customers
  • Ability to maintain composure and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-focused work environment characterized by rapid change, minimal lead times, and multiple competing priorities
  • Excellent customer service skills and the demonstrated ability to effectively and professionally navigate novel and tense situations in a customer service environment
  • Ability to travel up to 5% domestically
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver s license
  • Requires a favorable motor vehicle report upon hire
  • Additional work hours including weekends and holidays as required

Preferred Skills and
Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) and Advanced Administrator (ADM211) certifications
